Q: Where do I go to view the webcast?
Upon your registration, you received two emails:

Photography and audio/visual recordings of the broadcasts are prohibited.
Please review the Webcast Chatroom Etiquette Guidelines to serve you and everyone. The link to the document is included in your participation details email.
Q: I am having technical difficulties with the webcast. Please help.
Please try the following:
1) Refresh the page
2) Close the browser and re-open the browser
3) Try a different browser
4) Restart your computer
If your difficulty persists after trying the above, submit a request to customer service.
Q: Is there replay available?
Generally, for longer workshops and retreats, the recordings are available for one - two weeks after the end of the event, through the same link as the live broadcast. Recording availability period is announced during the event and it is noted on the webcast information page.
For complimentary events, replay may be available for 24 hours to 3 days after the event.
