How do I register for an event?
You may click the event link either on our website or in the email inviting you to register. Click the golden button “Add to Cart”. You will be prompted with next steps in the checkout process.
It is highly recommended to sign into your Master Sha store account before completing your payment. This will ensure that you have full access and visibility of your transactional history with us, and more.
Of course, you may complete a registration in our store as a guest.
Registering your loved one?
Generally, all event registrations must be made in each participant’s own account.
Occasionally, there may be an option to register your loved ones within your own account. Simply include your loved one’s name in the recipient's name field. You will see the text box with "Enter participant(s) name here". Please write their first and last name. If you are registering for more than one person, just remember to increase the quantity per person and separate each name with a comma.
Not finished shopping?
If you are making multiple registrations, click “Continue Shopping” in the top right to return to the registration page. Click the bag icon in the top right corner anytime you wish to view the items you have added. Proceed with the checkout process when you are ready.
Initially registered as a guest?
No problem. Our Customer Care Team may send you an invite to create an account with your registration order if you change your mind and would like to begin an account with us. Let us know via "Contact Us" in the top right corner to submit the form.
What Happens Next?
Once you complete your registration, you will receive an order confirmation email (your receipt) and a participation details email with further instructions to join the event or course.
If you registered for a special service, you may be redirected to a page that will let you know the next time the service will be delivered or next steps. This is with exception to advanced training services which follow a different process that our students are accustomed to.
