To submit a refund request to our Customer Care Team, fill out the brief form and be sure to include your order number(s) with your initial request. An order number within our Master Sha store begins with #SHA followed by a series of unique numbers for your purchase. Do include an explanation as to why the refund is requested. You may do so by clicking "Contact Us" in to the top right corner of this Help Centre. 

Please be sure to submit a refund request within 24 hours of registration, if an error has occurred. Be sure to review the refund policy prior to submitting your request as your questions may be answered.
