What is your refund policy for products?

You may also access our refund policy through the link posted at the end of our website homepage of DrSha.com by simply clicking "Shipping and Returns".
To summarize you may only return new, unopened products sold and fulfilled online by DrSha.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, with exception to final sale items. Products should be returned in their original packaging unused and unmarked.
If your package arrives with damages from shipment, submit a request to our Customer Care with images of packing and product. Hold onto the packing until a resolution is confirmed.
If you received a defective product (for example the CD is not readable) and need to exchange it for the same product you may contact us to arrange a replacement. In the event that the item is no longer in stock we will offer you a refund or replacement with a substitute.
To submit a refund request to our Customer Care Team, fill out the brief form and be sure to include your order number(s) with your initial request. An order number within our Master Sha store begins with #SHA followed by a series of unique numbers for your purchase. Do include an explanation as to why the refund is requested. You may do so by clicking "Contact Us" in to the top right corner of this Help Centre.
