You must be a certified Tao Hands Practitioner and a certified Da Bei Zhou Compassion Messenger to become a Kuan Yin Lineage Holder.  

In addition, you must be able to sing Da Bei Zhou from memory and pass a spiritual evaluation.  Then, you make a commitment to serve and spread the Kuan Yin Lineage Mission and Da Bei Zhou. Finally, you must satisfy the physical requirements, including course fees and signing the Kuan Yin Lineage Holder Agreement.
