What are the required prerequisites for the Tao Song Tao Dance Practitioner (old system) who wishes to upgrade to either Tao Song Singer or Tao Dance Dancer?

Generally, the following have been the prerequisites to move forward:
1) Practitioner Certification
2) (New) Tao Song or Tao Dance Practitioner Golden Light Ball and Golden Liquid Spring
3) Removal of Shen Qi Jing blockages for Tao Song or Tao Dance
4) Approval for Tao Song Singer or Tao Dance Dancer transmission
