The following applies if you have already received transmissions.

A) If you have received transmission in the old system without Golden or Rainbow Liquid Spring.

To advance to the next level, you must register for the new transmission of the same level. For example, if you are a Tao Song Tao Dance Practitioner and want to become a Tao Song Master Practitioner, you must first register for the transmission of Tao Song Practitioner Golden Light Ball Golden Liquid Spring (no additional prerequisites are needed). Then, in a subsequent event you can apply for the next level of Master Practitioner. 

B) If you have already received the transmission in the new system including Golden or Rainbow Liquid Spring.

If you are already certified and have met all the requirements, you can register for the next level after approval. Only one level of upliftment can be applied for in any event.
