There are five levels of teaching authority for Kuan Yin Lineage Holders.  

At level one, you may host groups and chanting practice sessions but you are not entitled to teach or offer workshops.  To go to the next levels and be able to teach and offer workshops, you must have trained as a Soul Practitioner. Specific teachings and workshops are authorized at each of the four higher levels.
